BIOWELL REFUND POLICY

1. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your order, please call our office at 1-800-877-2434 to obtain your return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Simply return any used and unopened bottles for credit. Credit is issued only on bottles received. Please include the following information with your return:

RMA number, Your Name, Address, and Number of Bottles Returning

2. If you receive products that have been damaged in shipment, please call our office to obtain an RMA number. We will gladly replace any damaged products.

We do not accept return to sender packages since all returns must have an RMA number.
